At Accounting 4 Business we pride ourselves on our ability to communicate and always be upfront with our clients. The same goes for our fees. It’s our view that a fixed upfront fee is a must. There is nothing worse than getting slugged with a bill and not really knowing what it was for.

 

We provide a written fixed quote before commencing any work. This approach works well for 3 reasons:

 

 

Y You know what we are going to do -

 

           Our quote itemises what we are going to do. If something additional comes up we will always quote a price for this            additional work.

 

 

Y It encourages you to ask questions -

 

           Our past experience tells us where a client is charged at normal hourly rates they tend not to seek advice from their            accountant for fear of being slugged with a nasty bill.  Under our arrangement, general advice from time to time is            included in our fixed fee.

 

 

Y It encourages efficient actions on our behalf -

          

           Traditional accounting practices charge out on an hourly basis.  This basically means that a clients bill is dependant on            how productive the accounting staff are.  Our approach encourages an effective and efficient accounting environment            because the fee is fixed from the start.
